We understand that sometimes plans may change. To ensure fairness and clarity, please review our cancellation policy below:

Cancellations by Customers

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made after within 24 hours of the scheduled session are non-refundable.
  • If you fail to attend without prior notice, no refund will be provided.

Rescheduling

  • You may reschedule your booking at no additional cost, subject to availability.
  • Rescheduling within 24 hours of the scheduled time may incur an additional fee.

Cancellations by Us

  • In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule, you will be notified as soon as possible.
  • You will have the option to reschedule to a new date or receive a full refund.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 3 business days to your original method of payment.

Special Circumstances

  • Exceptions to this policy may be considered in cases of emergency or unforeseen circumstances at our discretion.
